Don’t cellar. Drink or trade all.

Most of the stuff you have listed has a relatively long shelf-life, but is probably reaching the point where it should be consumed as soon as possible. Add onto that the fact that most of what you have is regularly available in the US at most stores that specialize in craft beer

Your best bet is to slowly work through drinking what you have, take some notes, compare with "fresh" examples that you can buy from the store, and figure out what, if anything from your list is something you enjoy aged.

Sad to hear that guess I should trade it for things I can’t get

You could also get together with other Ratebeerians in your area (shrubber85, Patrickctenchi, etc) to do a tasting/bottle share, or an in person trade.

Some bottles improve with age, so don’t. Sometimes it’s hard to predict which will improve and which will not. I wouldn’t categorically say "don’t cellar," but just realize it is a bit of a gamble.
These days I only cellar gueuze and strong beers that I think taste too hot when fresh.

This question is complex. I enjoy older beers, and I have a cellar of some old stuff. But most beers don’t improve much with age to be honest. That said, it is fun to wait and see especially with bigger beers like Samiclaus which will still be good.

With a couple exceptions (Dark Lord, Bells Batches, Bob Moog and some of the Bon Chiens) you can pretty much find most of those beers in any decent liquor store in my area and probably most of the country.

I agree with Travlr on cellaring. I typically only purposefully cellar gueuze and beers (usually barleywines) that I think will be too hot. There are a few exceptions for beers that I want to develop the yeast a little bit. Plan Bee beers tend to be better with a few months on them for instance. Also, I like Belgian Quads with a few years on them so I cellar those.

If I were you, I’d cellar the magnums a little bit. Magnums tend to age the beer slower and I’d drink a Cuvee Rene now and cellar the other two and see how you like them with a bit of age on them. You can also do the same with Rochfort 10 and Samiclaus though that last one is really old already.

You’ll probably have a hard time trading most of that beer as many are pretty common, but there are people who like vintage stuff that may give it a whirl. Just don’t expect anything to crazy in return for most of them. Good luck.

2000 Alesmith Barley Wine? Are you sure about that? Never heard of an Alesmith bottle that old.

Can I ask what you paid for that lot?

That 2007 Samichlaus magnum would peak some trade interests.
