True about IPAs. Other styes then, to get a feel for how hard it is to pick out one from the other.

Yeah, I think we could easily do saison, American strong ale, Belgian strong ale, and probably something like hefeweizens. I think we’ll get together to do this fairly regularly. It was very fun.

Very cool indeed
We tried having one of our big sour tasting all blind but that didn’t work out too good. These are always fun and give some surprising results.
Another cool one would be Krieks(Lou Pepe, 3 Fontinen, De Ranke, etc...) or Framboise... might be more difficult to come across enough of them, but it would be cool to see how they would end up.
