No more than it implies that either one of these beers tastes like garden tools.
Compunction was never bottled for sale. It sounds like they just didn’t want to make a new label, when they had one sitting there that was unused. I’d be willing to wager that if/when Compunction IS released in bottles, it’ll have a different label.

Good point, the site does say barrels. I could also read that as we’ve got something from the barrels (but only a barrel), so I dunno. If a brewery said they had something fancy in the bright tanks, they very well may be talking about one specific tank.
The bottles are the piddly 375mLs, so I dunno how many you could fill off of one barrel. . .
55 gallons * 128oz = 7,040 ounces. 7,040 ounces * 30mL = 211,200mL
211,200mL / 375mL bottles =563.2 bottles.
As long as my math isn’t jacked, I think that’s about right. I don’t know how much fluid can be accounted for evaporation, but 560 bottles is a fair amount. I’m sure some retail outlets will only be getting a case or two. . .

563 bottles sounds like it could be enough for a retail release so whatever it is I hope it shows up on shelves here.

True, but there’s no way they’ll get 100% efficiency out of that barrel. Plus, I’d imagine Vinnie may want to keep some for himself. I’d guess these bottles won’t make it too far from home, but I’ve been wrong before.

Yeah, I’ve got no idea how much is lost to evaporation, so hell, it could be 10 gallons--that’s over 100 bottles. Now the 560 is down to 460. So I dunno.
