I think some cheeky USA brewer should make an homage to TH, call it Homes Tardy Ale.

I vote for Hair Of the Dog!! It would probably taste better than the original.

A light filtration probably would,nt hurt. They just seem like a good traditional american brewer who would do it justice. Like i said, just my opinion.

Samuel Smith’s I think would be the best option. Of a more commercial scale Adnam’s. International wise definitely De Struise. Or maybe Port Brewing.
