i I am looking into starting a beer company and wanted to know if it was possible to outsource the brewing of my beer to an established brewery?

Since you are in Mass, you may want to contact New England Brewing, in Woodbridge Ct. They do some contracting.

Also Paper City in Holyoke, Mass contracts a few as well (including the Pretty Things line).

This is true. The brewery that formerly brewed Buzzards Bay is actually the new home brewery of Dann Paquette and his Pretty Things Beer & Ale Co.

Crap. I haven’t had anything from them in a few years (so before I started rating). Hopefully I can pick up all of the common ones in Mass next weekend before they vanish.
