As far as I know there's the same bunch of people helping them set it up that were behind Zundert.

In that case I'll be keeping a close eye on this.. I heard a rumour they had spent 6 months learning how to brew with bono fide trappist brewers before applying for their license

There are also Benedictine monks brewing beer & making cider at Ampleforth in North Yorkshire , however they aren't Trappist monks. Is interesting that they are allowing more brewery locations recently...see all their locations at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trappists

I have had this cider, but probably just before I joined RB as havent rated it. Also had a cider made by Nuns in southern Germany that was quite nice, but not distributed much outside the monastery.

I do find it strange that some monasteries are starting to brew commercially nowadays, considering as their role as community brewers is long gone.
