Message evilempire beers 162 º places 110 º 07:38 Tue 9/12/2017 Late to my own party, I see... second attempt posting, RB lost my first (happened at weekend on Beavertown thread too, grrr! As Steve has outlined, the 'main event' would be pubs Saturday, bottle share Sunday, with Friday night being essentially a 'headstart' as people may not arrive til late if they're not taking the day off. FWIW I'm against the idea of the bottle share on Saturday, far better to do it fresh than after a day's pub crawl (Craig et al know what I mean after my last Edinburgh bottle share!). Anyway I doubt I can get a function room on Saturday The date is just a suggestion, January also works for me, though the beer range will be better in December. February is out from my POV though

(you can of course say yes to both, and/or favour one over the other) Rough plan: Fri night 'top up' crawl for those who arrive in time. could do Huddersfield by train if people want Saturday Sheffield crawl Sunday beers lunch in Rutland Arms followed by bottle share
