planned on brewing a witbier today but ran out of propane, so I値l be brewing tomorrow. I figure I should take it as a sign and brew something patriotic. It痴 already got the white part, so I知 thinking of adding something blue (probably blueberries) and something red (red wine and oak chips a la DFH Red and White?).
Toss out some ideas!

Did you brew this yet? What are your thoughts?
I immediately thought pureed raspberries and blueberries in the secondary. Then I thought, "Why not cranberries, cherries, or pomegranates?"
Anyway . . . although I知 not sold on the idea, I would like to know what form this beer takes. As long as there is no tobacco involved.

had some more issues come up today to prevent me from brewing, but i値l probably still stick to the concept. my latest thoughts are raspberries and blueberries. pomegranate might adda nice tart element. i値l keep posted.
