Resurgence Brewing is officially opened!!!

The soft opening started this weekend with 9 in house beers on tap. They are currently open Wednesday-Sunday at the moment with the official Grand Opening June 27-29th.

Check it out on the weekend and was pretty impressed. Great space, nice little beer garden. Beers were all solid. None that particularly knocked my socks off but all quite good, and promising for future efforts. My favorite I think was actually the Blood Orange Saison which surprised me.

What do locals think of the location? Seems sort of off the beaten track to me as a non-resident, but the parking lot was overflowing when we drove by around 1:00 on Saturday.

I’ll be in town for a wedding in 2 weeks and definitely plan on checking it out. Loganberry Wit? Giddy up.

The fact that CBW is a stone’s throw away makes the location pretty adequate. I haven’t been there yet, but will do so very soon. I did try 5 of their beers last week at the Pizza Plant event and was pretty pleased. Mostly minor quibbles with any of them, and it liked the bit of tartness in the Summer Saison

Having both of them there is pretty great. May mean I hit Premier Gourmet less, and get growlers at both places more. We shall see.

I went last night around 1030pm and there was still a pretty good crowd going. Nice open footprint in the tasting room with rows of tables, two dart boards, bags, and drunk jenga. Outside patio also good sized with more tables too...beers were drinkable, nothing that will blow you away but nothing that you will drain pour either.

Any one know if they have TVs/are showing World Cup matches?

I can’t find the source, but I thought I read somewhere that they only have one tv to have less emphasis on being like a sports bar.

They just posted on their Facebook page that they’ll be showing the USA vs. Portugal match on Sunday
