I’m not really getting this. The beer is called "Vermonster" the advertising doesn’t appear to resemble the Monster Energy drink bottles. So how could a lawsuit be legitimate? There’s Monster.com, there’s the expensive cable company "Monster," there’s a movie called Monster.
Disgusting. If there was ever a time to make it easier to counter-sue or force the losing party to pay for absolutely ridiculous court cases this would be it.
