supplication
anyone wish to recommend an order to drink them in?
i’ve had very few sour beers and never three in one day.

Temptation-It is the most elegant of the three and should be done first.
Beatification-It is the most Gueuze like and will be perfect in second position.
Supplication-With the lacto and Pedio being more forward than the Brett and having Tannic qualities it should go last.

I would go temptation....then supplication...then beatifaction...reason being....this new batch...temptation is the most subtle..then the supplication I think if drank after the beat....would be blown out of the water..at least acid wise...the beatifaction is much more sour than the supplication
at least IMO

And Odeed and I shared a Beatification Batch 002 tonight and it was only mildly sour; not lip puckering like the original and not near as good or as sour as the Batch 001 Supplication Enniskillen and I shared last week (which we had side by side with a LA Cuvee de Tomme)! Too bad I don’t have any more

Looks like you got a thread and Odeed posted one for both of us! It’s a good day when you can share a milestone with a friend! My son and I did 1000 together, which was really cool!
