nah, we don’t like hops. we’re gonna brew brown toffeeish ales with no hops. hang on, some other breweries already thought of that...

well, Little Ale Cart has their puffing billy series, so I suppose we could do a series named after proper traction...

the Alco one would have to be a thick black stout, call it Alco Clag or summat...

Good luck guys, hope to see your beers around. Always looking for good pale ales, IPAs and double IPAs brewed in the UK.

It also takes a lot of bottle to put your brewing skills to the test taste of the public.

as it stands, we’ll be mostly delivering direct, so limited to within 50ish miles of Sheffield. however, I’m going to talk to Boggart later so hopefully get some national coverage...

plenty of pale ales, but gonna do some dark ones too. definitely doing a stout for december, and if I can get the kit in time a single firkin of imperial stout (you’ll have to come to Quin for that!).

porter will happen. maybe an imperial porter... quite fancy doing a proper Baltic Porter, maybe a Zywiec Porter clone (or clone-ish...)

at first the imperial stuff will be done on a 9-gallon kit we’re hoping to obtain, so only be making a 9. no problem hand-bottling. our host brewery is starting proper bottling soon, so we may get in on that act too...
