I read an article a few years back that recommended Ayinger Celebrator with Thanksgiving dinner. I typically only drink it around this time of year now because of that article (it’s a Pavlovian thing I’m sure). I find that it pairs extremely well with turkey.

I really can’t argue with the Saison lovers that mentioned Saison Dupont and Hennepin. They seem like good choices too.

nice to see some hennepin love. i would have gone for dupont by default but ive drank more hennepins in my lifetime.

im always intregued by garrett olivers maintenance that biere de garde is THE thanksgiving beer. i havent had many, and those ive had were for the most part not good. certainly the same general road as saisons but i am interested to experiment with a proper BdG at the end of this month and put his theory to the test

What i meant was during the family " holiday season " Theres hanukah, christmas, but thanksgiving is the one THIS TIME OF YEAR that we all come together as a family and celebrate.

Sorry for the confusion.
