Vancouver bar internationally shamed for its Guinness pour

I wonder if Eire would be equally ashamed of the shy 20 oz pour at Railway Club

Who still goes to Railway Cafe?

So, the "cookies" in both pictures are in the same position, same for the lid, the dip, the objects on the counter in the back;
there seem to be the same natural light in both pictures;
both glasses have a reflection of the lid, so the second glass wasn’t photoshopped in, likely;
the brightness (shutter time) and picture angle are slightly different, so they are two distinct pictures.

So I bet one beer (at a different location) that the two pictures have been taken just minutes apart, and therefore this all thing is staged.
