Got a fishy message (supposedly from Joe T) with the above subject line.
I've been around for 9 years and lots of rates, and this is a first, so the timing is suspect.
It wants me to click on an internal link in the email to verify my account...

It's legit. I think you get it, if you downloaded the new app.

I've tried to make a more informative message. It had to do with dupe accounts and app adoption. This is cleared up.

As far as I know I haven't ever had a dup account, and I have not downloaded the app (prefer the mobile site), so I'm still wondering why I got this.

I'd guess an anomaly (though I guess a new user could have entered their email incorrectly), but who knows. Am I good not clicking through the links or would it help if I did?
