I think I've only had one. I missed having the bittering hops, but I can see why brewers and drinkers would appreciate the experiment.

It's a marketing thing and I hope not meant to be a literal estimate of bitterness as verifiable by measurement.

I dunno how to add a tag to a beer, so maybe someone can help. I had this one years ago, and while I didn’t love it, I haven’t forgotten about it.

I've long not believed in IBU, as I believe it measures a too limited set of compounds.

That beer had 80 IBU by measurement according to the brewer, so using it as a reason to "not believe in IBU" is kind of odd.
