Bottles. Actually, several. Pours dark reddish brown with a finger of light tan head that fades fast. Some lace. Aroma is sweet, caramel and roasted notes, some burnt sugar. A metallic bitterness saves it from being overly sweet. Body is quite light, a bit too thin. Carbonation a bit too sparkly. Otherwise, it’s not bad. Tasty, but plain.

(Bottle, Lorry, Oslo, 5 Nov 2009. 4.7%) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with caramel, toasty malt, red berries and hints of spicy hops. Malty taste with notes of caramel, red berries, dark fruit and slightly spicy hops in the finish. Some initial malt sweetness, dries out towards the end. Fairly thin but rather tasty.

Can (courtesy KnutAlbert I think), May 2008. 4.7% according to my notes. Copper colour. Chocolate malt aroma. Some cardboard notes. Relatively dry. Rather thin mouthfeel. Not entirely unpleasant but nothing special.
