Clear golden and sparkling with rocky white head. Good lacing. Flowers, light syrup and alcohol on the nose. Light sweetness and bitterness and a touch of acidity on the tongue. Light body. Smooth. Short finish. Dry. Refreshing!

This was a super beer! Had it on draft next door to the brewery in Flam at the Furukroa Tourist Center/Restaurant. Served with a small white head and good lace. Color was a very clear, bright gold. Aroma was full, rich, and fresh with a nice balance of malt and hops, some grain and grass. Flavor was the same, bittersweet, with a lingering, tingling bitterness. Clean and well balanced. Excellent body and carbonation. Absolutely a session beer. Bit far to go to get another, but someday....

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of elderberries and light notes of hops - too light for my liking. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and elderberries. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

15.05.2009, 0,5l Bottle from Fenaknoken. Batch 063BBA. The colour is golden orange. The beer is hazy and has a firm white head. There is a lot of hops, maybe a litle thin body. Very refreshing beer with a clear hoppy aroma.

50cl bottle from Fenaknoken. Batch 039BBA, best before 13.04.2009. It poured a golden colour with a big foamy white head that settled down slowly in the glass. Notes of malt, citrus, grass in the aroma. The flavour is a bit flat. Notes of malts and citrus. A nice and easy to drink blond ale.
