Bottle at Patricks Kristiansand. Pours hazy light golden colour with a small white head.Aroma of of grass and hop. Taste sweet malty, hops which makes a dry bitter finish.

50cl bottle from Fenaknoken. Batch 044KK. It poured a pale yellow colour with a big white foamy head that settled down slowly in the glass. The aroma is dry and smells of grass, malts and a hint of cardboard. The flavour is bittersweet and fruity with notes of malts, grain and a few hints of citrus. It has a short aftertaste.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry ,fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is sweet, dry, fruit, malt, apple, hop. OK easy drinkable beer.

Two 500ml bottles from Fenaknoken shared with Eva as a fine partner to pizza. Great foamy eggshell head reduced to a filmy layer after a short while. Hazy, pale yellow body. Light smell of fresh grassy hops. Very mild and gentle flavour of sherbet hops with backdrops of lemon and peach. Dry ending. Medium mouthfeel and easy drinking (05.07.2008).

Bottle. Hazy, yellow colour with medium head. Intense grassy hops and grainy aroma. The flavours are quite grainy, but with moderate offsetting grassy bitterness. Quite assertive, at least in the nose, for a Kölsch, more like a light-bodied Kellerbier. The first as such brewed in Norway?

0,5 l bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger - shared with Roger. Hazy yellowish color, moderate white head. Aroma is malt and fruits. Flavor is moderate malty sweetness, hops and fruit. Dry finish. I will try it again.

500 ml bottle.Yellowish golden with a slight haze. Small coarse white head. Light grainy aroma, quite neutral in fact. Some floral hops, but they are subtle. High carbonation level. Some citrusy hop flavours and a light crisp hop bitterness that lingers. Notes of yellow fruit. Plums perhaps. Very drinkable, but not particularly exciting. A well made kölsch.

Bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Wonderful flowery hops - like a sumemr meadow. Bitterness, sweetness. Lingering bitter finish. Smooth body playing with the hops. Great for drinking with food, great on its own. Recommended!
