Dec 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours a slightly brownish, red liquid with a pink head. Aroma is a bit acidic and quite sweet with loads of cherry lollipop and cherries. Maybe a bit synthetic, definitely very fruity. Taste is actually rather dry, with lots of cherries and a hint of salad stalks towards the end. The acidity is quite held back, and the beer unfortunately dies rather fast. Still an ok brew.

Dec 1, 2009 330ml Bottle - Hazy red in colour. Fruity and slightly musty aroma, with cherry and strawberry jam. Almonds and tart, tangy cherries feature in the taste. Tart and enjoyable.

Oct 16, 2009 Bottle. Purple red color, cloudy. Cherry and marzipan in the aroma. In the flavor the brett is almost dominating the cherry juice. In the aftertaste the cherry and marzipan notes are clearly noticeable. A most enjoyable beer!

Sep 25, 2009 [9/8/08] Bottle at Delirium Cafe in Brussels. Deep red color with a medium, quickly-diminishing, beige head. Aroma of yeast, cherries, apple notes, some other fruits, wood, some spiciness and caramel notes. Sourish fruity flavor with some cherries, a bit of yeast, some oak , malt sweetness, and mild spicy hoppiness towards the finish. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Sep 20, 2009 (Bottled, BBE 2013) Hazy ruby red with a small, mostly fading, pink head. Pleasant, mildly tart aroma of cherry and strawberries and some sweet sugar. Sweetish and slightly acidic cherry flavor with mild, dry tartness in the finish. Light to medium body, slightly watery with medium carbonation. Not very sour at this point, maybe a more aged sample would be in order. Nevertheless, a decent - although quite thin - fruit beer.

Aug 12, 2009 Bottle @ Alvinne. Pours a clear ruby red color wit a small pinkish white head. Has a light malty fruity cherry and red fruit aroma. Fruity light malty slightly tart cherry and red berry flavor. Has a fruity cherry finish with some tart hints.
