Bottle, 7%. Fast gusher. Fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Nice stable white head. Creamy flavour, some malt and a little flowery hops. A bit too creamy, almost milky flavour. Low bitterness.

0.75l bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg France. Clear golden colour with a quickly disappearing fluffy white head. Fruity-spicy nose: peach, violets, vanilla and honey. Intensively malty with some very fragrant hops and hints of vanilla, flowers (violet?), honey, peach, mango and a spicy background. A very interesting perfumy beer, despite its 7% ABV it seems light and summery, highly quaffable.

On tap at Au Trappiste, Paris. Very fruity, a bit sweet. Over-ripe peaches along with other soft fruit. A little bitter almond in the tail. Quaffable, you hardly feel the alcohol. (Available on tap elsewhere in Paris as well - September 09)

Pression at Au Trappistes. Light amber color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of malt and spice. Full bodied with mild carbonation. It is spicey in a peppery way. Very light, slightly fruity and extremely refreshing. Finished toward dry. Different, and very good. Note: I don’t disagree with thebeertourist [below].

Golden ale with a thick creamy white head. Nice spicey hops with lemony notes, some honey. Sweet malt with lots of honey, some bitterness, very dense, but overall, unidimensional. Tasted Spring 2006.

Bottle: Poured a clear to yellow color with a off white carbonated head. Aroma is very citrus fruit. Taste is very metallic and citrus with a bitter finish.
