Sep 30, 2009 Draft at bbwrks. Aroma of candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Pours a nice copper, nicely laced. Flavor is sweet candy, caramel toasted malt. Palate is soft yet filling. Overall this is quite good.

Sep 28, 2009 Tap (part of sampler). Pours a golden yellow with a puffy white head. Aroma of citrus, dough, yeast and the coriander. Flavor is yeast, citrus, some honey and a smattering of spice. Not bad.

Mar 27, 2008 Updated: Mar 28, 2008Poured a clear, dark golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, honey, toasty dough, citrus, skunky hops, and yeast. Taste of vanilla, honey, yeast, citrus fruits, light spices, and some more yeast.

Mar 9, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Pours a translucent pale gold with nice retentive white head. Faint aroma of orange peel. Medium light bodied with a refreshing texture. Flavor or pale wheat malts, honey, and orange. There is nothing bad about this beer, but I did not find it very exciting either. This is sort of a Belgian Ale that Blue Moon drinkers would like.

Mar 4, 2007 On tap at the BBW. Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of oranges, yeast, floral and some spices. Tastes of oranges/citrsu, spices and very light vanilla in the finish.

Feb 25, 2007 Cloudy golden color with a soapy white head with nice lacing. Aroma of yeast with some hops and citrus. Taste is a bit bread but with a nice balance of citrus an a bit of bitterness.

Feb 24, 2007 Bright golden color with a beautiful white head, nice lacing around the inside of the glass, nose full of yeast & coriander, abrasive flavors up front with notes of stingy hops, spices & yeast, had sort of a veggie-type of taste, almost like a flavor of a witbier, bitter & hoppy finish, not a bad Belgian ale

Feb 11, 2007 on tap-pours a vanishing white head and amber color. Aroma is rock candy, fermented fruit, yeast, coriander/spice, perfumy. Taste is rock candy, fermented fruit, yeast, clove/spice, perfumy. Nice, mellow. OK effervescence.
