Commercial Description:
Deep red amber colored, full-bodied, with a residual malt sweetness and hoppy flavor. This is an all-around Brew Works favorite. A great Yeungling “Lager” alternative. This british style ale contains a special blend of Cluster, Fuggle, and East Kent Golding hops.

Poured a dark amber with some off white head caramel aroma, a sweet malt flavor with a nice nutty taste, caramel and slightly roasted slight bitterness at the end an above average beer that is sessionable

Draft at BBW Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Leaves nice lacing on the glass. Had some differnt aromas. Some earthy carmels. Lightly hopped with a nice nutty bitterness. Produces a nice aftertaste. A pretty refreshing beer in the summer.

Draft at Brewpub. Pours translucent copper amber with a nice off white head. No discernible aromas. Flavor caramel malts and nuts that is countered by a spicy herbal bitterness. Finish is semi-dry with some hints of tea. Needs more sweetness for me. My least favorite of the lineup.

Tap at the brewpub. Brown/amber color with a 1+ finger off-white head. Aroma was mild malts, some earthy notes. Flavor was much the same, with the hops coming through adding a nice sense of bitterness. Balanced and quite drinkable.

Great looking and sweet smelling with a nice finish. A nice beer which is easy to drink, but there are other Beth Brews I prefer.

The aroma was lightly earthy with a grassy presence and a light caramel note which presented as slightly toasty. The beer arived amber with an off-white frothy low head which laced the glass. The flavor was malty and nutty with a lightly acidic nature. The tartness was not especially welcomed, but the earthy and light grassy flavors were nice. The beer had a medium body and a somewhat low level of carbonation. The finish was dry with a lasting grainy aftertaste which was not that stellar. Skip it. Pint at BBW.
