| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 12, 2009 Kind of an uninspired pils. There really wasn’t much to write home about with this beer. The body was a little too light and not hoppy enough. There wasn’t much happening in the nose, either. This beer was lacking in a lot of ways. It was still fairly crisp and refreshing, but was missing the essential elements of a good pils. Birdiebeagle (807), Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Draft @ Ironpigs game. Pours a clear yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is of bread, lemons an floral hops. Has a good carbonation. Refreshing mouthfeel. The flavor is light but good. Clean and easy drinking. Has a light body. A watery texture. The finish is okay not real bold but decent. A very slight aftertaste. Not great but definetly drinkable. kramer (2472), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 26, 2009 On tap, Allentown location. Pours a clear pale yellow with a small creamy white head. Light and delicate nose with bready pils malt and a touch of grassy hops. Light flavor, but really clean and crisp. Minimal on the bitterness as well, but the finish is so crisp that the lightness of flavor actually seems like an achievement because there are zero off-flavors at all. Light bodied and airy with nice fizzy carbonation. This was great for a base Pilsner that most breweries just have on to pacify the BMC crowd. Don’t pass over this one in lieu of something that sounds more exotic when you’re visiting. TomDecapolis (3196), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a translucent golden with a medium creamy white lacing head. Aroma of lemon, bready notes, grassy and a floral touch. Flavor was a mix of the same. A nice crisp and dry pils. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 12, 2008 Draft at Allentown. I truly believe this beer would stand up in a blind with Prima and Pikeland. It’s that good. Pours clear golden with 2 fingers of fluffy, sticky white head. The nose is nice; some pale malt, honey, Saaz hops, and mild citrus. The flavor was pale malt, witrh a honey sweetness matched well by the hops and citrus zing, and a very crisp, clean, complex palate. This is a world class pils. alobar (1030), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 10, 2008 Clear yellow color with a slight white head. Slight aroma of malt with a pils malt taste and some hops. Probably a nice beer after cutting the grass on a hot day. hophead75 (1962), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 18, 2007 on tap at the Allentown location. Clear light golden, almost straw in color. Aroma is grainy with some pils malt and that is really about it. Taste is light grainy, lightly sweet with fresh pils malt, lightly bready. A touch of floral hop taste and bitterness to balance. Not much going on here, but it’s definitely clean- is a good accessible beer for the macro drinkers out there.
