There website says german pilsner, but I agree it tastes like an amber ale poured a nice red color tan head citrus hop aroma taste of slighty sweet caramel malt flavor citrus hops that were just right to balance with a nice bite at the end best beer i had at the brewpub

On tap at the BBW. Poured a deep orange color (with a reddish tint) and a small sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, light chocolate, and floral (had a green leafiness to it). Tastes of light chocolate, caramel and some citrus. Light to medium bitter finish. Lacing left on the glass.

Very average amber ale, nothing all that outstanding, just a regular-ol session-type beer, one that you could not really pay much attention to while you’re drinking it, amber color with sticky off-white head, aroma of light malt & flowery hops, very hoppy body & flavors with not enough malty backbone, a little off-balance, bitter & spicy finish

Strong hop aroma offers plenty of citrus and resiny pine to complement caramel malts. Clear amber-brown coloured body is topped by a partial cover of off white head. Strong bitterness in the flavour that overshadows the caramel malt character. Medium body with lightly prickly, moderate carbonation. Sampled from a growler at the post-Mondial tasting 2006.

Ruby body with a medium white head. Thin body with a dull caramelized malt character. Earthy finish with some burnt caramel. This rather boring experience is somewhat saved by a decent dose of hops. This Bethlehem brew is far from a holy beer.

on tap-pours a minimal offwhite head with dark red color. Aroma is sweet medium malt. Taste starts with sweet medium malt. Grapefruit hops show up in the middle and are strong in the finish. Good carbonation.

Post-mondial Tasting. Couleur très rousse, un peu de collet. L’arome d’houblon est pas pire, un peu fruité. Goût d’houblon amère et peu intéressant.
