Finaly! After five tastings a decent beer! Grapefruit sweet fruity nutty bold with some pine notes ( I love adding those notes!) has a bold finish and just might be my beer of the night! lithy (1725), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 13, 2009 This was a nice orange color, it did not have much smell to speak of only a faint hoppiness. The flavor was where this beer shined, intense fruitiness without citrus flavors. A fine IPA and although the hoppiness was weird I would definitely buy this beer again.

Poured a slightly hazy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma of pine, citrus and some vanilla (?). Flavor was excellent. Mouthfeel was creamy, which set up the muted grapefruit flavor, that was excellently backed by malt balance. Finish was piney. Medium body with soft carbonation. jstraw (770), Chicago, Illinois, USA

More of a Vienna lager with a touch of hops. mfaulke (81), clemson, South Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 7, 2008 Not bad but not spectacular either. I had the regular and the cask version, and the cask version was a definite improvement. It’s kind of toned down though. I didn’t get a lot of hops out of this, for it to be an IPA. I did detect a pleasant vanilla character in this beer, especially in the cask one. If this is the most aggressive brew in the house, then they need to hand out booster seats at the door. A kiddie IPA for sure. jzzbassman (846), New Albany, Mississippi, USA

Very English, as contrasted to the place mat description. Clearly outshined by the 375 that followed, just a bit too safe in the bitterness. jcwattsrugger (5451), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
