Taste is citrus (lemon) sour/tart and a little bit of grassy hops. Texture is very light and easy to drink with i crisp finish. I dont really like sour beers but this wasnt too bad. GMCC2181 (504), Bear, Delaware, USA Oct 23, 2008 Bottle from stfun, thanks josh. Light hazy yellow in color, good head. Aroma is a little sour, lemon, and some spices. Taste is a tart, lemony, with some spices. Very light in texture and carbonation. Very easy to drink. I really enjoyed this beer due to its tartness, thanks josh for sending this one my way! bdigi66 (475), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA Oct 12, 2008 Bottle: Cloudy pale yellow with a very minimal head and lots of carbonation. Nose is very mild with notes of lemon zest, grass, mint leaves, light acetic wheat with some subtle coriander and other spices...a bit thin but not horribly. Flavor is all of the above with an added grassy tone. Decent enough and pretty refreshing. WabashMan (753), Noblesville, Indiana, USA Sep 26, 2008 Brugge makes a lot of beers I’d call "good...not great," but this one fails to live up to that standard. In a word: thin. Thin nose, thin color, thin flavor. Cornfield (4412), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 17, 2008 Bottle from Pat’s Liquors in Porter, IN, without a "The" on it: This has the classic Wit look, a cloudy pale straw body with a tall, sustained head. Oddly, very little lacing. Plenty of carbonation. The aroma was grassy with some soft wheat malt and a lemony tartness. The lemon intensified in the flavor, perhaps a bit too much, because it began to negate other tastes as the ale warmed. The finish is a combo lemony tartness with a grassy/herbal bitterness. Not too bad.
