Blond coloured beer, almost no head and few carbonation. Herby aroma. Full palate with a bitter touch. Finish is bitter sweet ending a bit dry.

330ml bottle at beer session in Tromsø 29.apr.09. Thanks Rune! Yellow unclear. Smells like lemon deodorant used in bathrooms and cleansing agents. Tastes of cabbage, cereal and a little spice.

Pale, hazy yellow with fast receding head. It’s a decent white, not too sweet, good level of acidity. Very clean tasting and refreshing.

Flaske 0,33l fra Vinmonopolet. Strågul på farge. Kremaktig skum som forsvinner. Uklart. Krydret aroma. Vassent helhetsinntrykk. Svakt søtlig ettersmak. Litt skuffende.

330ml bottle. A cloudy pale yellow beer with a loose white head. Nose of wheat malt and subtle lemon peel. Rather thin bodied with mild flavours of wheat, lemons and coriander leaves. Finish is neutral and disappointing. Hoegaarden wit is much better IMHO.

Pours a cloudy murky greenish/yellow with a medium sudsy white froth on top. Not much in the way of aroma, yeasty, wet grains, some coriander. Flavor is straight coriander with a bit of lemon/citrus in the finish, some gritty unmalted wheat as well. Long coriander seed aftertaste. Medium bodied, heavy water feeling, crisp soda carbonation. Has all the right characteristics of a good wit, just not particularly interesting or in great balance.

...bottle from Purvis. Nice citrus on the nose, light bodies, with a creamy yeast consistancy. Slightly priclky with some hoppy notes. Crisp, clean with and nice dry, yet spicy finish. Hints of clove and corriander make it a good all-round, organic wit. Definitely worth trying.
