This is a slightly refreshing amber ale. Light copper coloring with a small ring of foam. Buttery malts balanced out with some dry floral hops bittering out the finish. Very drinkable.

Draught at Buffalo Brewing Co. Pours hazy amber with a small, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cereal, meal), light hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of pear and butter. Light bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and an astringent finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

My first visit to Buffalo brewing and I ended up downing two frosty tumblers of this (and by frosty I mean my glass actuall must have come out of the cooler) no worries though, it wasn’t frozen enough to adversly effect this ruby medium bodied delightfully hoppy red. pretty darn good.
