| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 9, 2009 Had a bottle from 2007. Fruit was a bit there but not much. The beer is powerful, sour and with a strong manure smell. Reminds a bit of wine in its flavors and complexity. Not bad, but not something for everyday. And somewhat expensive (and i live in belgium). trevor211 (518), Seattle, Washington, USA

Tons of fruit. Strawberry, raspberry, and cherries - this is like a Jolly Rancher in a glass. Tart, but over the top, with no grassiness or funk to counter. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Dec 7, 2009 Aroma is sour. The flavor screams cherry. Behind that are dry whispers of oak and a sourness that at times made me think of cranberries. Nena (159), West Seattle, Washington, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Tap at Brouwer’s Big Wood ’09. Red with a thin pink head. Aroma is sweet and sour berries with some maltiness and funk evident as well. The flavor is intense, with fruity sour berries, barnyard funk, earth, and a very dry oak finish that sticks with you. Very drinkable and complex despite its intensity. ksurkin (396), Norfolk, Virginia, USA
