Chocolaty with coffee notes, sweet. Never noticed the 9% abv. Lots of fruitiness, with banana ester in proeminance. Very complex and very good!

Beautiful head. Nice balance of bitter and sweet. After a long run of Imperial Stouts, this is a pleasant change of pace. The milk adds a gentle sour note that adds to the complexity.

Bottle from Glouglouburp - thanks, Dany! I have to say that this one was mighty impressive. Maybe I shouldn’t have shared it with those fuckers. Anyways, a huge pour with a lovely, dark head. Thick creamy body, with an invitingly fruity and (natch) heavily lactic aroma. Lots of carbonation for a milk stout, Jim! Roasted bitters in the finish complement rather than clash, and the alcohol is hidden quite well. I want more.
