Unclear golden body under a decent, airy head. Nice lacing on the glass. Sweet, spiced aroma of banana and wheat. Relatively fine blend of tartness and sweetness in flavour on a mild spiced background. Dry, bittersweet wheat to the finish. Refreshing and likable (drinking session in Tromsø, 01.12.2009). Kremaktig skum. Aroma av krydder. Smaken er sammensatt av ulik frukt med banan i forgrunnen. En forsiktig søt ettersmak. Mye sedimenter i flaska. En god wit! KI=0 KnutAlbert (3217), Oslo, Norway

Golden/orange beer, a bit hazy.
There is an overwhelming bubble gum flavour here, with the bananas filling in the blanks.
A hint of lemon, but not enough sourness or bitterness to balance.
Sorry, I wont’t be having this again. OleR (2106), Oslo, Norway
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 16, 2009 0.5 L unlabelled bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Pours a foggy, orangey-golden body with a high, big-bubbled offwhite foamy head. Lots of fruit esters in the aroma; mostly banana, or maybe banana chewing candy, and a scent of sweet canned pears. Notes of doughy malts. Taste is lightly sweet and soft wheaty. Subdued, acidulous frutiness and some herbal tones. Quite filling considering the low abv. Soft malty, slight herbal finish. Not true to the type, more like a Germen Hefe-Weizen actually, but overall an interesting and highly drinkable wheat beer. gunnar (581), Sandnes, Norway
