| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Bottle from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Nr. 222 of 520. Poured in a Cantillon flute. The colour is deep red, almost rusty with a neat foamy light pink head. The nose is woody with a sweet sour impression. There is som berries and vinegar in the nose too. The taste is very nice. The redwine is quite clear and is backed nicely by the mild sourness. There is wood and berries that fades out and leaves an anonymous finish though with a creamy and oily palate. Indeed a good lambic. Skinnyviking (4157), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Bottle. High creamy and thickl looking milky pink head. Hazy orange red body. Sour vinegar like aroma. Flavor not quite as sour actually it is realitively sweet without the vinegar notes of the aroma. Nice fruityness well rounded by the barrelse. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. I am sure it would be splendid on a hot summer day. sunevdj (1784), Copenhagen OE, Denmark

Wonderful sour fruit and potent vanilla aroma. Sour and sweet fruit flavours, hints of wood, but also more vanilla. Very well balanced, maybe too kind to the fanatics. Fizzy. De Molen master also the fruit lambik style appearantly. jerohen (1614), Bussum, Netherlands
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 13, 2009 Bottled from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Hazy red-brown coloured, off-white head. Fruity lambic nose, tartness, nice. Flavour is not as sour as expected, fruit, wine, quite woody. Pretty heavy considered its ABV, more a sipper than a thirst quencher. I like the regular Morellen Lambiek better, but this is still pretty good. ogivlado (3088), Zagreb, Croatia
