Unclear golden of color with a longlasting white head. An aroma of yeast, spice and hops. A flavor of yeast, spice, weak sweets and bitter notes.

33cl bottle at ’t Arendsnest. Light hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of fruits, some plastic, yeast. Flavour is light sweet, fruity, some plastic, yeast, lots of carbonation, keeping this from being drinkable. Ligth bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Didn’t enjoy this one.

0,33 l bottle from Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam.
Poured like an apricot nectar with small froathy head what diminishes quickly to a minimal lacing one. Unbalanced aroma with some almond, green-apple, some spicies like clove and cinnamon. It is like a german hefeweizen... And accoreding to the flavor, it is a little unmatured or somewhat else. I do not know, the other brews of De Molen was pretty good, but this beer was a dissapointment...

0.3 L bottle from de Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Huge fluffy blond head with fine lacings. Slighty hazed, pale gold colored body. Delicate sweetish aroma of grain, spices, fine fruits and yeast. Taste has a medium strong, wheaty, slightly sweet and rounded malt body, supported by a lemony fruitiness and some light spicy and herbal hops. Slick in the mouth. Medium to light body. Dryish, fresh ending. Quaffable.

Bottle at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy pale golden with a small head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Yeasty flavours, notes of vegetables (a bit too young?) A decent Belgian-style blond ale.

(Draught@De Molen) Very hazy yellow with a medium, tight and lasting head. Fresh and spicy-fruity aroma with wheaty maltiness and lemon. Lightly acidic, sourish-wheaty flavor with low bitterness and some lemon. Medium, refreshing body with soft carbonation. A refreshing and balanced summer wit.
