Dec 23, 2009 12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A sweet bready aroma with light citrus. The flavor is similar; smooth and pretty light. Not my favorite brew, but decent.

Dec 17, 2009 Glowing clear amber color/ lasting white head. Nice spicy hop, honey biscuit malt aromas. medium body with a smooth frothy mouthfeel. Semi dry spicy hop flavors on pale malt base brew. good.

Nov 23, 2009 A really nice pale ale out of Erie: Pours a clear orange colour with lots of froth. In fact there is quite a bit of carbonation in this beer. Plenty of citrus fruit and floral notes. Soft and piney and well balanced. A very smooth yet well hopped pale ale.

Nov 21, 2009 Found this one as part of a multi-pack in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Flavor has medium sweetness, very bitter, medium body, sticky, lively, long, bitter finish. Good example of the APA style.

Nov 8, 2009 Bright yellow in the sun; light orange in normal light. A thick but brief head. Minor icy lace. Clear but a bit hazy.
The smell is very mild. There is a slight pale malt. Smell is really hard to detect, though not unpleasant.
The taste is a nice citrusy flavor to go along with the spicy pale malt flavor. The spicy hop is almost witbier-like. The citrus sets it apart; surprising.
The feel is a little fizzy but actually makes the flavors come alive. Nice, minor thickness. A surprisingly citrusy, fruit-tinged pale ale. Easy-drinking and refreshing.

Oct 31, 2009 Very similar to the IPA, I know because I sampled them back to back, but this one is a bit maltier, and a bit less hoppy, so is true to style. Nose is very malty, caramel, pineapple, quite sweet. Looks are nice, basic copper. Palate is nice, very well balanced with hops and malt. I could do well with this as my house beer.

Oct 30, 2009 Pours crystal clear copper with thin off white head. The aroma starts with malts, a dash of caramel malts and some roast and then moving into spicy hops. The taste begins with both a rush of sweet malts tempered by spicy hop bitterness. It then becomes a tad roasty as the spice hop flavor along with a touch of citrus hops and earthiness take this toward the finish. The balance seems to sway more toward the hops than the malts but not by too much.

Oct 14, 2009 clean apa. Pretty typical flavors, but nothing offensive. Slightly hoppy with a hint of honey and sweetness. Lighter than other APA’s i’ve had.
