Pours clear dark orange with tan frothy head. My bottle actually had some fallout. Aroma of caramel and dried fruits. Hint of cask wood. Mediumy sweet and light bitter with a hint of acidity at the end. Light to medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Dry syrupy texture. OK, but not great.

Bottled @ Cardinal. Pours deep amber with a big beige head. Weak malty aroma, slightly acidic as well. Taste is weak malts, watery mouthfeel, not a good beer.

33 cl bottle. Big brown head and nice deep brown red color. That is everything that is nice with this beer. Something most be very vrong with the 2008 brew.. I have tested this beer 3 times now from different places and over a period of 6 months and it is still horrible.

Courtesy of Yngwie. The color is clear read mahogany and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and light caramel. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, syrup and well, it is thin and quite watery.

Bottle. High fluffy but lasting light brown head. Clear dark ruby body. Strong sweet roasted barley malt aroma with cocoa and caramel. Mild and a bit sour berries roasted barley malt flavor with caramel. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

330 ml bottle. Nice deep amber body with a big, foamy beige head. Mild malty aroma with a hint of acid. Flavor is mild malty with some caramel but rather dead with a sour finish. Thin body. I think something is wrong with this bottle.

Bottle, 6.5%. Good bready aroma. Clear dark chestnut colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is citric, like Sauermalz. Some maltiness, but the lactic flavour is not so good.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a clear warm orangey brown with a dense and creamy beige head with some lacework. Sweetish aroma of caramel and fruit. Quite full-bodied with a soft mouthfeel, a little overripe fruit and an underlying tartness. 040409
