750 ml bottle, vintage 2008, sparkling, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 9.0%. Pale golden colour. Pours moderately fizzy with a very short-lived white head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Aroma and flavour of fermenting sweet eating apples (varieities: Gravenstein, Summerred and Aroma), hints of sulphur and oak. Definitely drinkable.

Bottle 2005 vintage (cellphone rating). Golden with quite a lot of bubbles. Apples, juice and sweetness hits the nose. Flavour is sweet and fruity with apples and some spices.Reminds a lot of a liqueur. Very nice.

750 ml corked bottle. Fully diminishing platina blond head. First pour is brilliant straw yellow with a golden touch. Haze from the yeast in the next pour. Honey, over-ripe yellow apples and yeast in the aroma. Taste is sweet apple-marmelade with an acidic twist. Strong yeast notes and a distinct sting of alcohol. Filling. Dries up in the finish.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet apply with light notes of wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and alcohol, the latter giving a slight burn in the throat, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks to Papsoe for sharing.

From 75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with almost no head. Sour aroma with some sweetness in the second line. Fucking sour. Dry and sour finish. A complete mismatch with my tastebuds.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a clear, pale golden with a small, white head. Distinct aroma of apple juice. Full and rich body with lots of sweet apple notes and then a rather pushy alcohol in the finish. 290607
