Nov 29, 2009 Pours cloudy pale yellow color with white head. Aromas of bubblegum, corriander, citrus and wheat. Moderately sweet with flavors similar to the aromas. Light to medium body with tingly carbonation. A very nice Belgian witbier.

Nov 28, 2009 Amazing aroma of clove, banana, and coriander. Poured a very light unfiltered yellow color with average lacing & head. Tasted phenomenal with notes of sour citrus, dough, and orange peel. Lively on the palate with the citrus tones lasting after you swallow. Overall this is one of, if not the best, wit beers available today.

Nov 28, 2009 Scents of citrus and spices. Appearance is pale cloudy pastel yellow. Taste is of oranges and spices. Palate is citrus, floral, and refreshing. Overall a great one and one of my favorites

Pale and hazy yellow color with a nice head, which quickly runs down.
Sparkling is lively, the smell is tart, citrus-fruity.
Taste is sour, watery, the flavor’s fruity and sweet, beer’s body is thin.
Finish is dry. It’s ok.

Nov 26, 2009 Pours a cloudy off-coloured white. It has a mild aroma of cloves/bananas, but fails to deliver the goods in the scent department. The taste, likewise, is fairly mediocre. It tastes of clove tea and nothing else. The malt and hops are not discernible. The texture, despite the cloudiness, is watery thin and has nothing to offer. To be honest, I’d rather drink malt liquor than waste my money on this beer again.

Nov 25, 2009 Lots of clove and banana in the aroma...a lot like a great hefe, but with the addition of some citrus. The beer is very light in the palate, but this only lends itself to appreciating the coriander and orange that are very well balanced...the major downfall of most other witbiers. The finish is also very light, but the citrus from the coriander lasts for a bit and all you want to do is have another. Not the biggest man beer on the planet, but a joy to drink.

Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy, wheat beer look. Slight citrus taste with a spicy edge. Pleasant smell. Really refreshing. Recommneded.
