Aroma is of powerful bitterness and fruity yeast character. Flavors are full of malt- grainy, caramel malt and oatmeal(?)... sugary. Very complex. Finishes with a mild bitter finish. Interesting, and quite enjoyable. MesandSim (5941), London, Greater London, England

Slightly cloudy golden brown with a thin white film. Fantastic smelling beer. Apparently it’s the Mill Quarter hops which I misheard as "milk water" and was tickled by it for sometime. Whatever they are called the hops are adorable and carried well by some lovely honey and rye bread malt underneath. Flavour is not quite on par but it is still enjoyable. More of the same hops, honey and bread. Delicate and rather lovable all round. Nice slight sourness in the bitter finish. Yum. renffisch (520), london, Greater London, England

Heavy aroma of muehlviertler hops! it smells like home to me. Heartwarming taste of hops and honey. Marvellously well balance between the sweet honey sugary notes and bitter hops. hmmm... | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 7, 2008 Bottle@Home. Sweet and grainy aroma with hints of apple. Yellow color, small white head, fair lace. Sweet, light malty, herbal, apple, alcoholic, bitter. Not unpleasant but not complex either. Geiserich (1790), Vienna, Austria
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 14, 2005 Bottled: Beer is brewed with oatmeal and honey. Yellow to light orange color. Quite cloudy. Nearly no head. Aroma is fresh, fruity with a light alcohol note. Aroma has great notes of grain and oatmeal, a honey sweetness ( light sweet), and a astringent, light bitter finish. Good balanced, rare beer. Another highlight from this small brewery.
