Cletus (3614), Connecticut, USA Aug 22, 2008 On draught at the Newington, CT location. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of citrus, some pepper, some caramel. tastes citrussy and lightly bitter with some spiciness as the beer warms. Finishes with a light peppery bite. Maybe this beer is different in CT. It was listed as an IPA hopped with Centennial hops and was much better than Florida location entries suggest. Beershine (1526), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 8, 2008 Bright amber with rich lacing.
