| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 31, 2009 Bottle. A hazy, dark orange-golden beer with a small, beige head. Fruity nose with some piney hops and toffee-ish and bready maltyness. The flavor is on the sweet side, toffee-ish and bready, with some bitterness lingering. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. Bready finish with a little bitterness trying to balance it. A quite decent beer, lacking on the bitterness. (081206) Gr0ve (1406), Oslo, Norway
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jan 5, 2009 500 ml bottle. Amber colour. Clear. Medium-sized off-white head that clings to the glass. Soft nutty and chocolatey aroma. Hints of caramel and perhaps also a little earthy hops. Fruity and malty flavours. The nuttiness comes through in the flavours as well. Nicely balanced malts and hops. No obivious hop bitterness that stands out. Soft texture even though there is quite a bit of carbonation. I love the delicate flavours. A very nice session beer.
