Commercial Description:
The Pale Ale boasts a fragrant aroma and assertive, crisp bitterness. This ale has a deep golden color and slightly sweet malt finish, which nicely balances its hop bitterness.

Pours copper with a tan head. Smells of caramel, some floral hints. Tastes of floral hops and earthy with a caramelly finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear dirty orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite malty, lots of caramel malt, some raisin. Flavor of more bland caramel malt, some light citrus hops and tropical fruits in the finish. Decent and drinkable, better than the average suggests (sure, it’s not spectacular but it’s pretty solid). 6/4/7/4/14 [3.5/5]

Bottle, best by February, I can only imagine of 2010. Aroma of largely toasted malt with loads of marmalade. Flavor keeps the toasted malt going, though gets a little sweeter than pure toast, with hop notes that are gentle but notable and becoming more leafy and floral. I actually quite like it.

12 oz bottle. Aromas of pine, like most pale ales. Tastes like an average pale. Very satisfying and thirst quenching, but very ordinary.

Bottle: pours dark amber with a thin white head, aroma is pretty grainy, taste is sweet and lightly malty, a very mild bite in the finish. Nothing special here.

Bottle. Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is pretty malty, with a bit of grain and ever-so-slight hop characteristic. Taste is malt up front with a grain/hop finish. Solid, but unspectacular.

Bottle sample. Clear copper pour with a medium white head. Malt aroma through and through with some sweet, grainy and cereal-ish qualities. Flavor of grainy malt, vegetables, and a bit of hop. Not great.
