Sour aroma above all else, reminds me of my visits to a vineyard. Appearance as a Wit should be, pale and hazy. A light head of foam. Taste was tart and sour. Light Palate. Overall, a light but sophisticated sour beer.

750ml bottle at Barrica in San Juan, PR. Cloudy ochre color with foamy white head; foamy head, though not long lasting. Citrus aroma, yeasty. Strong sour flavor, citrusy lemons, quite tart. Slight aftertaste, lingers.

Pours a cloudy, effervescent straw color with a huge rocky white head. Aroma is very funky, lots of citrus and spice. Flavor is citrusy, spicy, slightly tart, and very dry. Palate is light, and there is just way too much carbonation. Eh.

from crackedkettle.com - pale and slightly hazy blond colour with a white and firm persistent foam; aroma of citrus and bretts; initially creamy palate but soon sourish and tart, quite thin-bodied, quite dry and citrusy sourish aftertaste - very drinkable and delicate

When it comes to Belgian Whites, I get jolly over this Jolly Pumpkin. Being as I began my beer tasting world on witbiers, I have grown to truly love them. And this one takes the cake. Its combination of orange, coriander, and sour fruits mixes to make a memorable beer.

Excellent Wit! Notes of wheat, brett and oak. Flavor is an excellent dry Wit flavor. The flavor is a nice tart brett flavor with dry notes - not unlike eating dry cheese.
