Clear golden, thin white head, no lacing. Aroma is very sweet and candish, some lemon citrus, very light spice. Flavour is again rather sweet, some spice and citrus, floral. Sweet mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes sweet, some black pepper.

Not like other wits for sure. One of the sweeter ones that I have had.

650ml bottle obtained in a trade with TheJester, thanks Andy.
Opened on March 20, 2009.
Best before March 2009.

Bottle. A sweet aroma of malt and fruits, quite unusual. The white medium large head has a normal duration, the body is dark yellow. The taste is very fruity with a light sour finish. The body is creamy, light to medium with a lively carbonation.

A clear yellow/golden colored beer, with a tick foamy white head. The aroma of fresh fruits, like citrus with orange There are malts and sweets. The taste of fruits with some bitter. Dry. Flavors of wheat. The aftertaste is dry bitter with sweets.

33cL bottle -- Pours murky yellow-orange with a white head. Very bright nose with some funkiness. There is some subtle acai present on the nose too. The usual witbier citrus flavors are present. Some yeasty notes on the back-end.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a murky yellow colour with a good size head and normal carbonation. Aroma has citrusfruits there, and something I can’t really place, but if I had to place it I would almost say cooked snails. That’s good by the way. Taste also has something really odd about it, citrusfruits obviously there again with a good amount of sourness and bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Apperance; Yellow, a bit hazy with a short lived white head. Aroma; Sour, yeast and some fruits, nice. Flavor; Lemon, fruits with some yeast and wheaty sence. The aroma was better than flavor....

0.75l - Nice looking pour, substantail head, cloudy liquid. The flavor was there, but there wasn’t enough malt to support the other flavors.

bottle, nice yellow/white colour with strong and stable white head. Smell: coriander, grainy. Taste: coriander, sour, fruity, sweet and grainy. Nice witbier! If you want to try something else than a hoegaerden!
