Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a huge off-white head - over-carbonated. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and fruits, as well as notes of bread and malt, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a lively white head. Yeasty, fruity and phenollic aroma. Medium body, some fruit, vitamins and lots of yeast. Dry and phenollic finish. Not so interesting. 091109

Bottle, 0.33l, from Vinmonopolet, Oslo. Consumed at home, pilsner glass. Large, medium-lasting head. Nice pale orange, hazy colour. Aroma of citrus, coriander, honey, yeast. Medium body, taste of lemon, coriander seed, honey, slightly metallic. Good, fairly bitter finish. Enjoyable.

0.33 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A huge, mostly lasting, coarse offwihite head. Body is foggy, orangey gold. Fruity, lightly perfumed yeast aroma, acidulous citrus and orange zest. Also some mild spices, faint metal, and touch of dry wheaty malts. Mid-bodied, with a quite tangy, citric-fruity flavor. Restrained, dry wheaty malt profile. More mild spices, and hints of hayish hops. Vivid and sparkling. Dry and fresh fruity ending. Very good, super drinkability.

Huge white coarseish head doesn’t last. Hazy pale yellow body. Herbal yeasty lemony aroma with clear Belgian yeast profile. Dry yeasty fruity metallic taste with spicy notes. Mid-to-thin body. Sharpish, fizzy mouthfeel. Dry lemony mealy metallic aftertaste with Belgian yeast notes. Nice and highly drinkable. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly.)
