Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy caramel flavor. Has a slightly sweetish malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Tap at Concordia Ale. Great color and nice aroma of malt, sugar, light hop and apple. A fine specimen of red - not IPA or Amber. distinctly sweet and balanced.

Tap... Poured red with a hint orange and a beige head. Aroma of earthy, leafy malt and hops. Well carbonated and a lot more hops in the initial flavor than amber ales (which is nice). Other sweet, candy-like sugar-malt notes before the dry, hoppy finish.
