On tap at the brewery. This clear yellow beer poured with a bubbly white head and no aroma. This is what they serve when someone asks for a Bud - fairly close in taste. Enough said.

Draft @ the Livery. Pours a pale straw color; white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Smells like a very light hefeweizen: light bananas and cloves, with a touch of white pepper and spice. Medium mouthfeel: chewy bananas, lightly dry cloves, and touches of white pepper; tastes like a very light, very drinkable German hefeweizen; nicely crisp and dry rendition; very very drinkable, thirst-quenching beer, if a touch light. Medium finish: toasty malts, bananas, and light dry cloves; nicely dry, crisp end.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale golden with some white head. Grassy hops, and pilsner malt aromas. Clean malty flavors. Good for what it is.

<b><i>Anniversary Trip 2007</i></b><br /><br /> <b>5/17/2007:</b> Very blonde color. Slight haze. Ultra fine bubbles. Thin white crown with some lacing. Aroma has pale malts. Tap: A clean light golden beer with a crisp and lightly biting mouth feel. Fresh grassy nose and palate does want it is expected to do, be a summer refresher and easy to drink.
