Hazy pale golden with a dense inviting white head. Aroma is slightly bretty, fruity sweet and refreshingly inviting. Flavour is rather sweet, fruity with subtile brett and a dry finish with a small lingering sweetness. Mouthfeel is smooth with fine carbonation which adds to the drinkability. The beer goes down easy, rather refreshing but slightly too sweet.

Pours a slightly hazy brass golden with a small froth of off-white head. Aroma of dry bretty funk with some biscuity malty notes and a touch of light fruits. Starts with pretty good malty fullness with some caramel toffee sweetness and grassy hop balance. Has a lot of bretty hay and horseblanket character along with a touch of coriander spice and lemon zest before a smooth, slightly bittersweet finish. A well-balanced, authentic and enjoyable brew.

211109 Tasting with Ungdomsklubben. Pours a hazy golden with a diminishing white head. Sweet with the well-known dust aromas. Hints of abricots. Aslo some bretty dryness.

75cl bottle @ Hj Hansen, Odense. Poured (into my Duvel glass) cloudy dark handsome golden with a small creamy white head on top and handsome lacings. Nose is damm near perfect. Brett, yeast, orange, fruity and floral. Dry, fresh, crisp and bitter flavor. Ends dry.

Yellow orange pour with nice head. Aroma of brett, mango, peach, pepper. A bit of earth and wheat. Lemon, fruit, mango, peach in the flavor, with some funk and yeast. Brett. Banana and pepper. Pretty nice mouthfeel. Pretty refreshing, definitely dig the brett.

750mL bottle. Pours yellow golden, capped with a moderate sized ivory head. Really enticing aroma, with wild, soapy, lemony, earthy brett aroma at the forefront. Wheat, pepper, and spice add to the aroma. Flavor begins with wheat, lemon and soap. Pepper and banana notes build towards the finish.Finishes with brett, citrus, and some white pepper. Really enjoyable. It’s been a while since I had the original, but I think I like this brett spiked version much more.

Golden color with small head. Bretty, lemon aroma. Wow, nice flavor from the hops complementing the fruity yeast. It’s wine-like in some aspects. So light-tasting yet mouth-warming. It’s better than the best cocktails. Amazing beer. Score one if you can.

750ml bottle from armanetti’s... Lost my original rating so this is the truncated version... aroma was sweet tarty with a subtle barnyard Brett presence that comes and goes.... Flavors were similar but with much more subtle flavors where the Brett didn’t seem to take off at all.
