The aroma is very malty with hints of chocolate, caramel, darker fruits, light burnt or roasty notes as well as a hint of earth. Big and malty, more chocolate, dark earthy rpoasted flavors as well as some sweét underlying fruit. Earthy in the finish with lots of residual sugars left over. Aroma: Big malt aroma with a smoke lingering in the nose.
Appearance: Dark Amber in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Very malty with a light hops and nice addition of smokiness.
Palate: Nice dry finish with a very good overall Mouthfeel.
Overall: Nice beer but it was very malty and missing the needed spices and addition of good aroma and flavoring hops for me.

Very rich. Breay, like maybe pumpernickel or something, with Chocolatre notes, too. Some bourbon, maybe? Nice and tasty.
