hopdog (4950), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 25, 2008 On tap at the Mickey Finn Brew Pub. "ReplicAle". Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of yeast, fruity, and lighter spices. Tastes of fruitiness, bananas, and spices. Lacing left on the glass. DrnkMcDermott (1617), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA Jan 14, 2008 Sampler at the pub. Darkish yellow, just a bit hazy, thin white head. Nice Belgian malt smell with a hint to fruit. Taste brings out that malt, about in the Pils range. Also a hint of bubblegum and weizen spiciness. Not too sweet, not too dry, balanced by low hopping levels. A nice beer to start off my fist visit to this place with. holdenn (1214), Chicago, Illinois, USA Oct 30, 2007 On tap at the Great Lakes Brew Fest. Pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is yeasty and spicey. Citrus flavors spice, tangy, balanced with a light creaminess. Decent. Cornfield (4469), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub: This has a pleasing look, a clear golden body with a sustained creamy head. Nice lacing. The aroma is light and sweet, pale malts with cherries and sweet plums. A bit of warming spiciness is added to the flavor and a mild floral bitterness joins in near the end. A refreshing, sessionable ale.

Mickey Finn’s Brewery, Libertyville, IL
drewbeerme (1925), Chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 16, 2007 on tap at great lakes brew fest. pours hazy golden with white head. nose and flavor is pretty yeasty and mildly spicy. pretty tasty actually.
